Title:
Keyboard layout changes randomly for no reason

Status in xorg package in Ubuntu:
  Incomplete

Bug description:
This problem has occurred ever since I installed Ubuntu on this
machine, I installed 14.04, and even though I have upgraded to 14.10,
the problem still persists. Even though I have gone into the Text
entry settings, and deleted English (US) from their. It will still
at random times change from what I want it to be English (UK), to
English (US) keyboard layout. And when this has happened I have
looked in the settings to see which of the keyboard layouts is
selected, and even though it is clear that it has somehow changed to
English (US), it still says it is English (UK).

Bug description:
When installing an item from the For Purchase section in the Ubuntu

though Auto-Hide is selected in the Appearance settings, this stays
like this until you log-out or holding the super key, which resets the

My purchase won't go through due to 3d Secure

Status in “software-center” package in Ubuntu:
  New

Bug description:
I have been trying everything to get a purchase to go through with my
card. I keep getting this error. This is my first time buying
something from the software center, I know all the payment information
that I am putting in each field is correct, but It keeps telling me
this, even before I enter any information

  Your payment was unsuccessful
Your payment could not be processed. Please verify the submitted information.

  Reason: 3DSECURE

There is no reason why this shouldn't work, I even called my bank and
they said it was something on the merchant's end. I've never even
heard of a 3dsecure before. Apparently 3dsecure has been out since
2009, I've been making online purchases long since then. Whats going
