14.04, this is not working all of a sudden. I tried many options to
the best of my knowledge, including but not limited to, changing /
restarting my router settings, reinstalling VNC server etc, changing
default port 5900 to different and port forwading etc. But none of

It seems VINO is not listening to ipv4 connections, may be it

[Desktop-packages] [Bug 1301725] Re: [Upstream] x-axis displays incorrect information in calc chart

2014-04-04 Thread Jaime Carpenter
Christopher,

I appreciate the response, however I do not understand your comment
about notifying the upstream developers. I did report the bug upstream
as well to the document foundation.

I reported the bug as 76860 and it was flagged as a duplicate of bug
74549. The latter is being reported as "fixed" in version 4.3 or 4.2.3.

https://bugs.freedesktop.org/show_bug.cgi?id=76860
https://bugs.freedesktop.org/show_bug.cgi?id=74549

I reported it to Ubuntu/Launchpad because Ubuntu it preparing to release
14.04 (Trusty Tahr) and the beta that I am testing shows that the bug
exists in the charting tool of LibreOffice 4.2 included in Ubuntu
14.04. I am hoping that this can be addressed before the release.

Please let me know if I have made an error in reporting. It had
appeared to me that I have taken all the correct steps.

Sincerely,
Jaime Carpenter
Lexington, KY

Title:
x-axis displays incorrect information in calc chart

Status in “libreoffice” package in Ubuntu:
  New

Bug description:
The chart tool in the LibreOffice Calc program included with Ubuntu
14.04 LTS has a bug with the x-axis information. This is a known bug
  in LibreOffice 4.2.x

  https://bugs.freedesktop.org/show_bug.cgi?id=74549

I am posting it here in the hope that it will also be corrected in the
Ubuntu package that is part of 14.04 LTS. I tested this on Ubuntu
14.04 LTS Beta 2 and the LibreOffice is version 4.2.3.2 build id:
  420m0(Build:2)

Bug description:
The latest update of hplip/hpijs broke printing to Color LaserJet CM1312nfi
MFP
printer - every page has black stripes instead of rows with all white pixels.
Printing from a web browser or OpenOffice.org has the same problem.

My system is Fedora 12, and the downstream bug report is
  https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=579461

This is with 3.10.2, while 3.9.8 works as expected.

As an example, the scanned output of "lpr /etc/profile" is attached to the
above bug:
  https://bugzilla.redhat.com/attachment.cgi?id=404474

This bug _might_ be related to #555126.
