[Desktop-packages] [Bug 970517] Re: Change sound volume using keyboard multimedia keys while screen is locked

2014-04-25 Thread Joschi Poschi
Please allow multimedia keys on the lock screen. This would add a lot
more usability to Ubuntu.

[Desktop-packages] [Bug 1286552] Re: No wifi after suspend

2014-04-24 Thread Joschi Poschi
For me removing /etc/pm/config.d/config (I added in 13.10) also fixed the
issue. After waking from suspend and hibernate wifi reconnects nicely.
Ubuntu 14.04, upgraded from 13.10, Intel Corporation Centrino Wireless-N 2230,
iwlwifi driver.

Ubuntu now it won't work. I have tried to test mainline kernel but it
  won't to boot with it.

To reproduce the bug : just suspend the computer and then power it.
There's no wifi network until you restart the computer.

[Desktop-packages] [Bug 1294683] Re: Firefox menu button displayed

2014-04-24 Thread Joschi Poschi
Great, that solved it for me.
I'm still wondering why it was like it was but overall I'm happy to be rid of
the unnecessary button.

Small addition is that the menu button can not be removed.
When in Private Mode I also get two icons, normal Private Mode icon and Private
