However, in Ubuntu 17.10, the volume is significantly low, that I've to scroll the volume slider above 100% mark in pulseaudio to the maximum to get acceptable level of sound. I suspect the sound quality also is low (mono-like), may be not coming from all speakers (perhaps subwoofer exist for this model). Also alsamixer shows the speaker volume at the maximum.
