A capture documenting this bug with Thunderbird 102.2 on Linux (Fedora 36, 
Wayland): 
Between 1.5s and 4.5s the mouse pointer is moving over the message list.

Bug description:
  Very high CPU and slow responsiveness in Thunderbird 91.5.0. Just
  moving the mouse cursor over a message list results in 365% CPU for
  me.

  I had to set this in the config editor to fix it:

    gfx.webrender.force-disabled = TRUE

I can reproduce this on Fedora 36 with Thunderbird 102.2.0 on Wayland.
Setting `gfx.webrender.all false` and `gfx.webrender.force-disabled true` 
doesn't reduce CPU usage for me.
