1. copied a file from a cd to a harddisk
2. the file couldn't be read and the copy dialog disappeared after saying there 
is a io error
3. try to eject the disk with nautilus but got the message that there is a 
operation in progress
4. then ejecting the cd wirth the hardware button

This happens on every menu entry folder or file for creation or editing.
But the apport does not recognize it everytime but I can see the
exception if I start from the console.
