2) The version of the package you are using, via 'apt-cache policy pkgname' or by checking in Software Center No idea which package 3) What you expected to happen After screen timeout the screen gets locked. When valid password is entered for unlocking the screen it should have unlocked. 4) What happened instead Instead invalid password message is displayed even though valid password is entered. But the same after clicking on switch-account works that is after clicking on switch-accounts all the accounts are listed and selecting the account that was locked and password is entered the screen unlocks.
