The problem has been getting worse- earlier there was no wifi after
suspend/hybernate mode. But earlier I can restart wifi during session
and it's on again- now I have to reboot (Ubuntu 15.10)

Bug description:
  NetworkManager failed to function after resuming from suspend. The
  indicator applet in the Mac OS style menu bar showed the empty
  quarter-circle, and clicking Enable Networking didn't change the
  menu options or the style of the applet. Running sudo service
  network-manager restart brought back functionality.

  You close notebooke, then you open it- and there is no wifi. You have to 
restart network-manager for obtaining wi-fi again

  You close notebooke, then you open it- and there is no wifi. You have to

  You close notebooke, then you open it- and there is no wifi. You have to 
restart network-manager for obtaining wi-fi again
  ! If you choose upstart-boot option there is no problem with wifi after

  You close notebooke, then you open it- and there is no wifi. You have to 
restart network-manager for obtaining wi-fi again
  ! If you choose upstart-boot option there is no problem with wifi after

Bug description:
  During last three days: after suspend mode there is no wi-fi. I have to turn 
off Network-manager and turn it on again- only after that wi-fi works again
  NB!!! WiFi always off after suspend mode ONLY if you close the notebook. If 
the notebook goes to suspend mode after certain time with open laptop lid- it's 
everything ok with wifi
