Note :
maybe not sure, the reason of this problem that Facebook and some other sites 
using some fonts Ubuntu does not support it,
because some time i use 'addone' in chrome to fix this problem,
and what is 'add' do is change font to another fonts then  it is fix
but i dont use it always because it is has some bugs

see Facebook for example in picture

left side in picture show you how Arabic font should appear, and it is correct 
font .
right side in picture show u how Arabic font appear in chrome (after Ubuntu 
update), and as you can see letters in word appear like they are separate

this example in Facebook Site
