Thanks -- the .upload file is zero-length (see previous comment for how I determined that.) There are no *.uploaded files present. The GUI version of the crash reporter also came up and I submitted all of those. Crash just happened again (this time watching a video on reddit, not youtube.) How do I discover this in order to report it? I could also post those files somewhere, if it's not a big security risk. ubuntu-bug was run roughly at 2022-11-17 17:45:00 UTC, if that helps. Public bug reported: I have jackdbus running successfully (via qjackctl) in Kubuntu 16.10 with a Scarlett 18i8 USB interface. If I turn the interface off, jackdbus will usually (not always -- I think I may need to have played audio at least once?) jump to 100% CPU usage (of a single core) and stay there indefinitely. I can kill the jack processes, turn the interface back on, and restart the processes, and things are fine again. I can fix the problem by editing /etc/pulse/default.pa and commenting
out both bluetooth lines ("load-module module-bluetooth-policy" and
"load-module module-bluetooth-discover" -- not sure if both are actually
necessary.)
I have seen other bugs relating to blocking calls to bluetooth causing
problems. Perhaps there are a few left.

Kubuntu 16.04 --
I was experiencing a long delay when logging in, on the order of 20+
seconds. After entering the password on the splash screen, it would
stay there before showing the desktop.
