[Desktop-packages] [Bug 1315510] Re: EDS (Evolution) contacts integration is missing
I also miss that extension after upgrading from 13.10 -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Desktop Packages, which is subscribed to thunderbird in Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1315510 Title: EDS (Evolution) contacts integration is missing Status in “thunderbird” package in Ubuntu: New Bug description: Ubuntu's Thunderbird used to support reading and writing contacts from the Evolution address book, presumably though the Thunderbird EDS Contacts extension https://launchpad.net/thunderbird-eds-extension. In trusty, this extension appears to be missing, and the contacts in my Evolution address book (which is my primary address book) are no longer accessible in Thunderbird. I really liked this extension, as I enjoy having a centralized address book on my desktop. I also used the Evolution address book with syncevolution (for my N900), gnome-shell (via gnome-contacts), and empathy. Still present on 13.10 -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Desktop Packages, which is subscribed to gst-plugins-base0.10 in Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/35643 Title: Disabling subtitles hangs Totem Status in Totem Movie Player: Fix Released Status in “gst-plugins-base0.10” package in Ubuntu: Fix Released Bug description: I'm using Totem 1.4.0-0ubuntu2 on Dapper, with the default Gstreamer backend. When I play an AVI file, the associated SRT subtitles play automatically. When I disable the subtitles with View Subtitles None, Totem crashes. However, it doesn't crash immediately. The video keeps playing, but the rest of the interface is unresponsive (the slider stops moving, time doesn't update, buttons don't highlight, etc.) In this unresponsive state, one more subtitle is shown. When it is time for that subtitle to disappear, Totem shows an Internal data flow error. and stops playing the video. At this point I can't do anything except close Totem. This problem doesn't occur with the Xine backend.
