Just found this issue after having no sound after upgrader 18.04 ->
18.10

Dell xps 9360

removing timidity fixed it for me also!

  I am printing a lot of files using Plik - Drukuj... - Drukuj do

  When I select Drukuj… (Print) I have choose output directory. I can
  choose Inne (Other) and select directory. When I enter in this

  filename (too when introduce a .pdf extension for non-existent
  directory).

  I know that this can work better, because this work better in evince.
  I attach screenshot from Firefox and Evince. I would like choose
  output file in Firefox as in Evince.

Hi,

I am printing a lot of files using Plik - Drukuj... - Drukuj do pliku
(File - Print - Print to file).

Selecting output file are a bit ugly, because I must seperately select
output filename and output directory.  This is not a typical way to
select save file.

When I select Drukuj… (Print) I have choose output directory. I can
choose Inne (Other) and select directory. When I enter in this windows
filename then firefox create new director (sic!), not use this filename
(too when introduce a .pdf extension for non-existent directory).

I know that this can work better, because this work better in evince. I
attach screenshot from Firefox and Evince. I would like choose output
file in Firefox as in Evince.

I had same Problem with about any linux steam game i own, on different systems 
with intel graphics.
And in Unity and KDE.
With newest updates I now, can't reproduce it anymore.

Bug description:
  Steps to reproduce:
  1)lock your screen using dm-tool switch-to-greeter or dm-tool lock
  2)switch to console via ctrl+alt+F1
  3)switch back to X via ctrl+alt+F7
  Result: session is unlocked without entering a password

  Expected behaviour:
  session should still be locked when switching back to X
