Title:
  Network Manager menu entry buttons don't respond

Status in “network-manager” package in Ubuntu:
  Confirmed

Bug description:
  After switching wireless networks, network manager gets in a state
  where the indicator menu can be brought up, but clicking on the items
  in the menu has no effect.

  It doesn't help to turn wifi on and off, or to kill the NetworkManager
process. I forgot to try suspend/restore this time.
  But a reboot does resolve it.

relogging or restarting nm-applet (killall nm-applet && nm-applet) works
for me as a workaround

and one more - when nm-applet becomes buggy and menu items do not
respond - the sub menu is not working either (look screenshot
attachment)

** Attachment added: "sub menu"
