Thanks, but this isn't anything to do with Firefox. The menu is drawn by
the shell, which is also responsible for handling key events whilst the
menu is on screen

alt+f+a doesn't work the first time round

1. Quit firefox
2. Start firefox
3. Press alt+f+a
Expected result: save page as dialog box.
Actual result: the File menu appears, but the Save Page As item cannot be
