  Click the Amazon icon in the launcher
  Observe a new Amazon icon appears and the browser launches
  What should happen is the browser should launch and re-use the existing icon 
in the launcher

  You can lock the new one to the launcher just fine and re-use it, but
  the first original icon becomes redundant, not working as it should.
