Corruption when moving Launcher icons around

Bug description:
When clicking and dragging Launcher icons, the edges of the buttons
and sometimes the backgrounds show corruption. It does not persist
when they are dropped. Unfortunately unable to provide visual evidence
as Print Screen doesn't work when clicking and dragging.
