Bug description:
  With firefox 16.02 my CPU use goes to 80% on my celeron M 900Mhz
  eeepc. This is after the upgrade from 16.01. I have Kubuntu Quantal
  with KWin in netbook mode.

  The problem goes away when I disable the Global Menu Bar integration
  add-on.
