After plugging in Wacom CTH-470, which is auto recognised and appears in
the System Settings - Wacom Settings. There are no options to configure
the Express Buttons - the dialog screen is empty.

It would be great to be able to configure a button as the toggle for the
TouchPad - this does look possible within KDE (however the button config
which is configurable does not work).

Having this work out the box in Ubuntu would be great!

I am running 12.10 32bit and 64bit - same issue on both.
