Public bug reported: It all started when I first plugged in a USB Microsoft headphone/microphone into my laptop. From that moment Ubuntu doesn't recognize my normal speakers and I don't get any sound unless I restart alsa using "sudo alsa force-reload". If I plug in the USB Headphone/Microphone the sound works without the need to restart. I tried reinstalling (uninstall then clean install) pulseaudio but no use.
