Interesting. I haven't seen the problem in a long time and am running Focal 20.04. If so, please reopen this report, and execute the following via a terminal so the necessary debugging information is attached: apport-collect 1179524 As well, please include the exact click-for-click connection information, and the OS version you are trying to remote into.
