libunity-webapps is no longer included in any currently supported release of Ubuntu. Sorry, jumped the gun. Am new to this, suppoedly I have to wait for this to be triaged. I did try to reproduce this issue, and it appears I can't remove this webapp from my dashboard. Have the same issue with gmail. I can uninstall it through the Ubuntu software center, but it still appears on my dashboard. I am running 13.04.
