[Desktop-packages] [Bug 1236569] Re: Close session takes more than three minutes to complete
Thank you for your bug report, it would be useful to know what software those clients are. Would it be possible to get a gnome-session --debug log from a session having the issue? ** Changed in: gnome-session (Ubuntu) Importance: Undecided = High -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Desktop Packages, which is subscribed to gnome-session in Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1236569 Title: Close session takes more than three minutes to complete Status in “gnome-session” package in Ubuntu: New Bug description: pressing the logout button, the system takes more than three minutes to close the user's session. [Desktop-packages] [Bug 1236569] Re: Close session takes more than three minutes to complete
Thanks! I'm setting it as confirmed, I've seen those issues as well. it seems to be due to buggy clients' registration, need some investigation to figure which one and how to be more robust to those. I'm busy on other work at the moment but I'm going to try to come back to that one a bit later (it should have enough details for others to pick it up as well) ** Changed in: gnome-session (Ubuntu) Status: New = Confirmed -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Desktop Packages, which is subscribed to gnome-session in Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1236569 Title: Close session takes more than three minutes to complete Status in “gnome-session” package in Ubuntu: Confirmed Bug description: pressing the logout button, the system takes more than three minutes to close the user's session.
