  Automatic ethernet doesnt work on start

Status in “network-manager” package in Ubuntu:
  Confirmed

Bug description:
  When I start Ubuntu (13.10 64 bit), the network-manager can not
  connect to the ethernet network. The DHCP server is my TP-Link router.

  The connection profil (Automatic Ethernet) is the default
  configuration. I not edited this. When I disconnect the cable and
  connect again, the computer can connection to the network.

  My ethernet controller:
  02:00.0 Ethernet controller: Realtek Semiconductor Co., Ltd. 
RTL8111/8168/8411 PCI Express Gigabit Ethernet Controller (rev 06)

  r8168-dkms 8.036.00-2 package is installed
  network-manager 0.9.8.0-0ubuntu22
