Every new Terminal window appears with the following text before the prompt:
"The program 'kde4-config' is currently not installed. You can install it by 
typing:
sudo apt-get install kdelibs-bin"

This is on a a few days old Ubuntu 14.04 installation. I don't think I
even installed anything KDE-related.
