[Desktop-packages] [Bug 1330908] Re: Opening emulator in dev tools leaves whole screen dark/black
[Expired for chromium-browser (Ubuntu) because there has been no activity for 60 days.] ** Changed in: chromium-browser (Ubuntu) Status: Incomplete => Expired -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Desktop Packages, which is subscribed to chromium-browser in Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1330908 Title: Opening emulator in dev tools leaves whole screen dark/black Status in chromium-browser package in Ubuntu: Expired Bug description: When I fire up the dev tools in Chromium (no matter on which page) and start the device emulator, something on Ubuntu crashes and my screen goes completely dark. The whole screen, not only the window or the tab. Even using Alt+Ctrl+F1 does not give me any screen signal. Maybe X is crashing? Chromium is probably still running, since sounds keep playing. I guess I see this issue ever since my upgrade to Ubuntu 14.04. I have no idea on how to trace down what actually is happening. I used the Chromium emulator before, so my mouse cursor turns into the touch screen emulation circle. That's the last thing that changes before my screens go black.
