gives me two tabs in one Chromium window.
Since the report is old, I'm marking it as invalid, but please bump it
if still reproducible for you.

Bug description:
This fails terribly because the new chromium cannot lock the profile
and just generally doesn't work well. sensible-browser should be
opening a new window in an existing instance of a browser.
