Marking this bug as Incomplete as no-one else has reported/confirmed the bug in over two months and I have not seen this bug for sometime. Certainly it hasn't been seen in any of the tests that I've done on Utopic's final images so far. So the proper way to attempt to reproduce this bug is to get a live disk and see if the wifi works on the first try?
