Explanation of FeatureFreeze exception:
New upstream version with support for VP8 royalty free codec. Tested on my PPA:

- Add xvba-driver to va-driver-all's Suggests.
* debian/use-after-free.patch: Removed, no longer needed.
* debian/copyright: Upstea copyright years.
* debian/rules: Install NEWS as upstream changelog.
