libreoffice-help-es and libreoffice-l10n-es installs fine on trusty here, closing as invalid. As a hint: Try uninstalling the pkg with sudo dpkg -r libreoffice-help- es; sudo dpkg -r libreoffice-l10n-es and try reinstalling then.
