  gpu-manager crashes

  Expired

Bug description:
  gpu-manager has no man page and when running with -h it crashes:

  $ gpu-manager -h
  Segmentation fault (core dumped)
  $ gpu-manager --help
  gpu-manager: unrecognized option '--help'
