Public bug reported: I have a fresh install of Ubuntu 15.04, Kernel version 3.19.0-15-generic.
If I let Ubuntu start without pressing any keys till the login screen, no problems occur. (1) However, if I press ESC while it is starting, to see the messages, then once the login screen appears, the mouse also appears, but disappears the moment I type anything or move the mouse. After that it does not reappear again, ever, until I restart the computer as described in (1). ** Affects: gedit (Ubuntu) Importance: Undecided Status: New -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Desktop Packages, which is subscribed to gedit in Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1495174 Title: Mouse disappears if I press ESC while starting Ubuntu 15.04 Status in gedit package in Ubuntu: New Bug description: I have a fresh install of Ubuntu 15.04, Kernel version 3.19.0-15-generic.
