Use Firefox to e.g. view Facebook. Start writing some new status and notice that *all* your English words are flagged as misspelled. Right click to bring up the Languages menu and notice that Arabic (Qatar) is the default language, not English. Locale is clearly en_US.UTF-8. Use the Language menu to choose English (United States) and the autospell works correctly. We are sorry that we do not always have the capacity to review all reported bugs in a timely manner. This bug was reported some time ago and there have been many changes in Ubuntu and Firefox since that time. Does anyone still see a problem related to the one that was reported when using a currently supported version of Firefox?
