That's it. Diodon was indeed the culprit. But why does a simple clipboard manager behave like that? Is it trying to clear cache before session logout? Or something else? I can reproduce only with systemd. It works fine with upstrart. I think I found the cause. I accidentally forgot to install diodon clipboard manager and machine logout instantly. Same here. Been banging my head for months and couldn't find the reason or fix. Reinstalled everything from scratch and still the same.
