  [bluetooth-wizard] LE devices is being recognize as "All types"

Status in unity-control-center package in Ubuntu:
  New

Bug description:
  
  Only happens with bluetooth le(4.0/smart) devices, older bluetooth device 
does not have this problem.

  Step to reproduce:

  1. open Bluetooth Settings
  2. click on add New Device button
  3. waiting for the scanning device list

  
  Expected result:
  Mouse being shown as mouse

  
  Actual result:
  Shown as "All types"
