Title:
LibreOffice do not open some of my files

Status in libreoffice package in Ubuntu:
  Expired

Bug description:
  Hi,

My problem started a couple of days ago. (It started after I got
automatic update to new kernel 4.4.0-24 generic on June 13, 2016, but
I do not know if it is related to this.)

Some of my LibreOffice Writer and Calc files do NOT open; the opening
process starts normally, but then gradually freezees (halts) and file
screen becomes gray. The computer cannot solve the file opening
further and I have to close the file by FORCE. For some reason this
phenomen does not happen with all Writer and Calc files.

I reinstalled LibreOffice 2 times, but without positive result.

I enclose one of the problematic files here.

My computer (Ubuntu 14.04 LTS, 4GB RAM, CPU, 160 GB Hard Disk...)
  works normally.

  Best regards,

  Kauko

[Desktop-packages] [Bug 1592927] Re: LibreOffice do not open some of my files

2016-12-04 Thread dino99
Such naming might be the problem cause
"Ubuntun_komennot ja kernelit - Ubuntu Suomi.rtf"

- so long
- with 'spaces' and/or 'tabs'

Start renaming it shorter & simpler; that might help.
