Changing geo.wifi.uri from default https://www.googleapis.com/geolocation/v1/geolocate?key=%GOOGLE_API_KEY% to https://location.services.mozilla.com/v1/geolocate?key=%MOZILLA_API_KEY% will fix this problem.
