Step to reproduce (on yakkety):
1/ Create a hotspot "connection"
2/ select "connect to hidden network" and select the created hotspot connection
   => signal icon goes off, which makes sense as client have to connect to use 
now, not we to them
3/ Select "disconnect" to pull down the hotspot

Expected result:
Network manager applet returns to a state were available wifis are shown and 
can be connected to.

Actual results:
No available wifi connections are shown.
