Title:
Firefox switched mouse clicks in scroll bar

Bug description:
This is a GTK3 behavior, but it's so weird:

  https://ubuntu-mate.community/t/how-to-restore-firefox-left-middle-
  clicking-on-scrollbar-behavior/12862

I fixed it creating this file (it didn't exists in xenial):

  costales@desktop:/$ cat /usr/share/themes/Ambiant-MATE/gtk-3.0/settings.ini
  [Settings]
  gtk-primary-button-warps-slider = false
  costales@desktop:/$

I was looking for creating a proposed branch, but I saw the last code:

http://bazaar.launchpad.net/~ubuntu-mate-dev/ubuntu-mate/ubuntu-mate-artwork/view/head:/usr/share/themes/Ambiant-MATE/gtk-3.0/settings.ini

  And it has:
  gtk-primary-button-warps-slider = true

  Should it be "= false"?

  Thanks in advance!
