There has been only 27 reports on that issue in 16.04 and none since,
looking at the stacktrace it seems an issue with the libc/machine and
not shotwell so closing that report

shotwell.  This problem was most recently seen with package version 
0.22.0+git20160108.r1.f2fb1f7-0ubuntu1, the problem page at

contains more details, including versions of packages affected, stacktrace or 
traceback, and individual crash reports.
