toggling the permissions on the chromium snap keeps correct state.

Accepted gnome-software into xenial-proposed. The package will build now
and be available at https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/gnome-
software/3.20.5-0ubuntu0.16.04.13 in a few hours, and then in the
-proposed repository.

I did, however, manage to change one other permission(the home folder
access) before changing the removable drives one. That's why I thought
it was specific to the removable drives permission.
