This is rather a problem with firefox than with yaru.
We can't change the whole selected_bg_color for the dark theme to be brighter,
only because this very specific line might be too dark.
Please open yaru tickets that are have nothing to do with packaging on
github/ubuntu/yaru
in the future. Thanks!

1) Ubuntu 19.10
2) Yaru-dark
3) If the bookmark separator was a different color, it would be easier to see.
4) Difficult to see Firefox bookmark separator.
