Public bug reported: When Text editor runs full screen, it is not possible to select (with the mouse) the portion of text which is in the bottom of the screen. When app doesn't run full screen, the behavior goes back to normal : selecting text while moving pointer in the bottom of the window makes text move up, so that the text selection extends. Precision : Ubuntu 23.04, Gnome 44, some Gnome extensions installed but not the one that creates a taskbar at the bottom of the screen ; interface configured with nothing at the bottom of the screen
