I am having the very same issue for quite some time, and can confirm that disabling Zoom (via Settings -> Accessibility -> Zoom, then uncheck "Desktop Zoom") fixes it. Too bad now I have exactly 1040682 log lines (after removing most of logs) on my SSD.
