  However, the term Nice doesn't tell a user who don't know it,

I've just read the bug at the Gnome bugtracker, the bug description is
critically different from this one - it does not request to
_incorrectly_ mark 'nice' as 'priority', but asks for adding another,
text based value of 'priority' or replacing nice values with it
completely by default.

Nice is not the same as priority - first of all, it could only be named
reverse priority. Moreover, there IS a 'priority' numeric value which
is only indirectly connected to the nice value and priority names as
in windows (start 'top' and you'll see it).
