Title:
Groovy and Grails support is missing

Status in gedit:
  Invalid
Status in GtkSourceView:
  Fix Released
Status in gtksourceview package in Ubuntu:
  Triaged

Bug description:
Gedit would be more useful as a lightweight IDE to develop web
applications using the Grails framework - http://grails.org - if
gtksourceview supported .groovy and .gsp file syntax. I found a set
  of language files here

  http://henyoonline.blogspot.com/2008/07/setting-up-gedit-for-groovy-
  and-grails.html

which I would like to include in the package as a learning experience.
I have worked on packaging issues like updating dependencies but have
yet to actually have to patch something.
