Arrow keys should scroll one update at a time

Status in “gwibber” package in Ubuntu:
  Fix Released

Bug description:
Pressing the arrow keys scroll the main window, but they should scroll
it one update at a time, as it is implemented in Google Reader and
  Spaz.

This improves the user experience, as the context is much easier to
pick up after each key press.

I have tried this on Precise and scrolling both by mouse and keyboard
scrolls one line at a time. Do you still experience this issue?
