This issue can be solved by installing udisks package on the server
you are trying to connect to.

Title:
Connect to Server in palimpsest fails

Status in “gnome-disk-utility” package in Ubuntu:
  Expired

Bug description:
In palimpsest, running Connect to Server to see another computer's
disks fails because there is no `udisks-tcp-bridge` command. The main
dialog works, then another dialog from OpenSSH asks you for a
password, but then the command fails with an error dialog afterwards
  (see attachment for screenshot).
