Bug description:
  Papercut:
Misleading file names generated when using context menu

  1. Right click Desktop Create Document Empty File
  2. New empty file, named new file created on Desktop
  3. Double click newly created new file, file opens in the default text
editor
  4. Type some text into file, and save
  5. Right click Desktop Create Document Empty File
  6. New empty file, named new file (copy) created on Desktop

new file (copy) is a misleading name, as the second file is not a
copy of the first file, nor has any copying taken place

Ideally change automatic naming to reflect this is a second new empty file
with no connection to the first
Possibly new file (2), or similar
