Same pb on Linux 2.6.38-11-generic #48-Ubuntu SMP Fri Jul 29 19:02:55
UTC 2011 x86_64 x86_64 x86_64 GNU/Linux.

At the end of EACH successful file transfer, the process crashes, taking
all available CPU cycles with thread status 'poll_schedule_timeout' for
nautilus.

In logs, I see:

Please tell us if the backtrace on comment #15 is sufficient, and if we
must give more information. I have this bug for a while (and I still
have it on Ubuntu 11.10), and it makes Nautilus unusable for ftp.
