This is an invalid bug - the powermanager plugin is supposed to be hidden. Note - look at the upstream code. The plugin is BuiltIn which means - part of the core capability and should not be exposed to users. Confirming this issue is still present on Rhythmbox 3.0.2-0ubuntu1. Power Manager does not appear in the UI in the list of plugins, but the files are still present in the package at /usr/lib/rhythmbox/plugins /power-manager. Still present with Rhythmbox 2.96-0ubuntu4.2 on 12.04. Can anyone check on 2.97-1ubuntu5 on 12.10?
